PROPERTY MODULE
  • All the vehicles, land and buildings are managed through this module
  • The values or the “hard” property including replacement values of contents, lease improvements and other assets
  • Details of the construction types, occupancy, replacement and original costs and exposure are assigned to each property.
  • All contact information including management, after hours instructions, emergency contacts such as utilities, police & fire.
  • Building plans, construction contacts and aerial site plans can be attached to each property’s detailed information.
  • Maintenance “work orders” are tracked through this section. Details of the work order including authorized payments and signatures.
  • This includes repairs (segregated by urgency), scheduled maintenance, new construction, and renovations.
  • Vendor details such as scope of work, vendor work number, cost, time work was ordered and completed.
